Thanks to the Olfasense Repair Service we prolong the usual B2B warranty period of 12 months, giving you the right to claim for defects up to the end of the first 24 months. If a repair is necessary within this period, the costs will be covered.
Whenever a calibration or maintenance in accordance with ISO 17025 is required, the dilution unit can be easily and quickly removed from the support bar for transportation. A dedicated transport box ensures the safe shipment of the unit to the Olfasense calibration laboratory. This also saves on the potential costs incurred on-site calibration by a calibration technician.
If desired you can reserve a replacement unit for the duration of your calibration or maintenance which we send to you in advance, minimizing the downtime of your laboratory.
All dilution units are calibrated in accordance with ISO 17025 as well as
EN 13725, and provided with a proprietary calibration certificate to demonstrate compliance to your accreditation body.
